We carefully check and pack all products before dispatch. As we deal in books and learning materials, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the product is received in a damaged or incorrect condition.


If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a opening video proof of the issue.


Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
